A little corner of Surabaya.

Warm minimal interior of Kopi Sore with wooden furniture and plants

Kopi Sore started with a simple idea:

"Create a place where people don't feel rushed."

We wanted to build a café that feels familiar from the first visit. Somewhere you can grab a quick espresso before work, spend three hours working on your laptop, or meet friends after a long day.

Our coffee is carefully sourced from Indonesian farmers and roasted locally in East Java.

Our food is simple, honest, and made to pair well with coffee.

Nothing too complicated.
Just good things, made properly.

Coffee first. People always.

We believe a café isn't just about what's in the cup.

It's about the conversations around the table.

It's about the quiet hour before the city gets busy.

It's about meeting someone after months apart.

It's about having nowhere else to be for a while.

That's what Kopi Sore is about.

The Perfect Coffee Break

Sometimes the best part of the workday is the twenty minutes when you stop working. Put the laptop away. Order something cold. Talk to someone. Take a breath. Then get back to it.

Meet the People Behind Your Coffee

Coffee starts long before the espresso machine. We work with local roasters who build relationships with Indonesian farmers and producers, helping us bring better coffee into your everyday routine.

Kind words, strong coffee.

Finally found a café in Darmo where I can actually work for a few hours. Coffee is great and the place is super comfortable.

— Raka, Surabaya

The Kopi Susu Sore is dangerously good. The palm sugar isn't overly sweet.

— Nadine, Surabaya

Really like the atmosphere here. Quiet in the morning, more lively toward the evening.
